Primate Archbishop Tom Kiiza Sibayirwa
Archbishop Dr. Tom Kiiza spent ten years in a missionary religious order; after seeking release, he completed a Doctorate in Theology before the Lord called him to begin to minister in 2008. Prior to beginning full time church work, he worked as the registrar and administrative head of Mountains of the Moon University, Uganda, and is a Charter President of the Rotary Club of Fort Portal in Uganda.

Bishop Dr.Kiiza Thomas Sibayirwa, was born on: Sunday 5/12/1976 and raised in the little village of Kisebere in Nyabugando Ward of Kasese District. Went to Kamukumbi Rural Primary School from where he exhibited a high level of academic excellence at a tender age. The little rural boy Kiiza joined St.Mary's Virika Seminary in Fort Portal to become a priest. He excelled academically amidst lack of school fees and went abroad for studies as a missionary student.
Kiiza, the rural boy from the unknown Village of Kisebere holds four Degrees among them a PhD (Doctorate) in Religious Studies & Theology, Master of Arts in Religious Studies, B.A (Hons) in Religious Studies & Theology of The Catholic University of Eastern Africa-Kenya, and B.A in Philosophy of The Pontifical Urbaniana University, Italy
He is the immediate past Academic Registrar of Mountains of the Moon University. Dr.Kiiza Sibayirwa is a social entrepreneur and philanthropist.
Bishop Kiiza is a Distinguished Fellow of The Order St.Hadrian of Canterbury, UK. Dr.Kiiza Sibayirwa, is the Chief Executive Officer of EKisande African Communities Empowerment Initiatives, EKisande Rural Development Centre and a number of other successful grassroots community empowerment projects.Bishop Kiiza is the Charter (Founding) President of The Rotary Club of Fort Portal
He is the Author of his PhD Dissertation Book: The Role of Christian Forgiveness in Restorative Justice and Reconciliation: A Response to Negative Ethnicity in African Societies.
